For a national construction company, Veracity conducted telephone research which quantified the missed opportunities in their pool of leads, and explained what happened to these potential customers after their initial enquiry. How can we navigate a complex stakeholder map and find a very specific regional audience to test our creative with, in less than two weeks?

For a large infrastructure project, Veracity conducted a mix of focus groups and qualitative surveys to explore consumer response to creative ideas for a new advertising campaign. They were able to make smart decisions with confidence, and move fast.

How can we position our business for high-quality growth?

For a leading university with a very strong master-brand, Veracity defined the Customer Value Proposition (CVP) of a faculty and several courses. A multi-stage project: it started with deep consumer and business insight research via one-on-one interviews, focus groups, and workshops; followed by strategic copywriting to articulate the CVPs and messaging; and then wrapped up with a survey for message testing optimization. The research and strategy piece gave them robust insights and answers for future marketing and product development.
